Trademark Guidelines

These Trademark Guidelines are designed to help you use the Vantra Software name, logo, and brand assets correctly and legally. By using our trademarks, you agree to follow these guidelines.

1. Our Trademarks

  • “Vantra”, “Vantra Software”, and associated product names, logos, and slogans are trademarks or registered trademarks of Vantra Software.
  • These trademarks represent the quality and reputation of our brand and must be used with care.

2. Proper Usage

  • Always use our trademarks exactly as they are registered, without modification.
  • Capitalize “Vantra” and “Vantra Software” correctly in all uses.
  • Use trademark symbols where appropriate (™ for unregistered marks, ® for registered marks).
  • When referring to Vantra Software products, use them as adjectives (e.g., “Vantra® CRM platform”).

3. Prohibited Uses

  • Do not alter, distort, abbreviate, or modify our trademarks in any way.
  • Do not use our trademarks as part of your own product, service, or business name.
  • Do not use logos, designs, or marks that are confusingly similar to Vantra Software trademarks.
  • Do not imply any endorsement, partnership, or sponsorship by Vantra Software without our express permission.
  • Do not use our trademarks in any way that is defamatory, obscene, or misleading.

4. Logo Usage

  • Use the Vantra Software logo only as provided by us and in approved formats.
  • Maintain clear space around the logo equal to at least the height of the letter “V”.
  • Do not alter the logo’s color, aspect ratio, orientation, or design elements.
  • Do not place the logo on backgrounds that make it difficult to read or obscure its visibility.

5. Usage in Publications and Media

  • When referencing Vantra Software in press or publications, ensure trademarks are properly attributed.
  • You may use our name in text for factual, descriptive purposes (e.g., “compatible with Vantra® software”) provided it does not imply endorsement.

6. Attribution

  • Always include the following attribution statement where appropriate:
    “Vantra® and Vantra Software™ are trademarks of Vantra Software. All other trademarks are the property of their respective owners.”

7. Requesting Permission

  • If you wish to use any Vantra Software trademarks in a way not covered by these guidelines, you must request written permission from us.
  • Contact legal@vantrasoftware.com with a detailed description of the intended use.

8. Enforcement

  • We reserve the right to take legal action against any unauthorized or improper use of our trademarks.
  • Use of our trademarks may be revoked at any time if you violate these guidelines.
